Fall
2022
Edition
Itβs finally here yβall! Pumpkin spice and everything niceβ¦.The first day of fall and I am soaking in the crisp, cool morning while I write this new post featuring a lineup of my favorite products and tips to keep your hair happy and healthy β‘
As the weather changes I like to choose products based on my specific needs in the Autumn and Winter months, my hair needs an extra dose of hydration so I like to use a moisturizing hair oil daily, along side a shampoo and conditioner duo that does more than just repair spilt ends.

Love Hair has created a nourishing hair oil that is made with a mix of natural and organic ingredients including jojoba oil and lavender.Β
Iβm a huge fan of this one because it deeply hydrates my scalp and hair.

Letβs talk shampoo and conditioner

Did you know that using a shampoo/conditioner duo that is tailored to your specific needs helps improve the condition of your hair?Β
Itβs true, when using a shampoo that is targeted for your hair type it will help balance your scalpβs environment which is the foundation for happy and healthy hair. When youβre not maintaining your scalp it can lead to your hair follicles being clogged with build-up from oil, sweat, and excess dirt. This can be the root cause for dandruff and stunted hair growth.Β
For six months I have been using the Rapid Repair Shampoo and Conditioner from Bondi Boost and have been pretty impressed with the results. My hair feels & looks more full (less spilt ends) and no longer feels dry. I use this duo twice a week and a little goes a long way with the conditioner.Β

My Hair Tips & Tricks
Tips:
- Apply your oil after your shower when hair is still wet β this will help protect and nourish your hair.
- Rinse your hair with cold water to help improve blood circulation to your scalp and reduce dandruff.
- Invest in a silk bonnet when going to sleep. Friction from your pillows can cause hair breakageΒ
Tricks: - Instead of using a hairdryer after washing, try a microfiber hair towel β this will reduce frizz and flyaways once dry.
- Avoid using elastic hair ties, instead opt for a silk scrunchie or claw clip.
